9706 LLC is a Land Investment Company. We are focused on investing in land in the North Texas area. 

With a wealth of experience in North Texas Real Estate, we would love to work with you to purchase your property. We pay market rate, cover all closing costs and there are no real estate commissions. We are licensed brokers in both Texas and Oklahoma.  We look to buy unique properties that are 50+ acres and aim to acquire no more than 3-5 properties per year. 

We have a combined 40 years of real estate development experience and can guide you through the process of selling your land. We work quickly and have the ability to close in 30-45 days, have the expertise to guide the process and are transparent in the process. We have a deep passion for land. We like to apply what we have learned as we are both rangeland ecology and management graduates from Texas A&M University.
